Purpose and Effect of the Application:
The purpose of this application is to temporarily allow the housing of two horses, a shade shelter, a shed, and temporary manure storage facility on an existing 0.33 hectare (0.83 acre) lot of record.

The Temporary Zoning By-law would in in effect for a period of up to three years with an opportunity for an extension in accordance with Section 39 of the Planning Act.
