We have received updated information from the contractor regarding construction timelines and scheduled service interruptions related to the Frontenac Howe Islander.

• The next full closure is scheduled from Monday, April 6 at 10 pm to Thursday April 9 at 2 pm.

By way of reminders about the projected ferry service interruptions related to the Howe Island County ferry docks rehabilitation project: 

• The next full closure is scheduled for this Monday, March 30 from 10 pm to Thursday April 2 at 2 pm.
• This work involves the rehabilitation of the ferry docks at both the island and mainland sides.
• Construction is scheduled to be completed by April 30, 2026.
