Resident Representatives (5) from Wolfe Island
The Township of Frontenac Islands is seeking five (5) Wolfe Island resident representatives to serve on an Ad-Hoc Ferry and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Advisory Committee. This committee’s purpose is to review, assess, and provide advice to Council regarding ferry service reliability, contingency planning, and emergency medical access affecting residents.

Notice: March 10 - Frontenac Howe Islander Docks Rehabilitation

Update received from the County of Frontenac:
Received an update about the projected ferry service interruptions related to the Howe Island County ferry docks rehabilitation project:
- An additional full-closure will be required to complete the work. It is scheduled for Monday, March 30 from 10 pm to Thursday April 2 at 2 pm.
- This work involves the rehabilitation of the ferry docks at both the island and mainland sides.
- Construction is scheduled to be completed by April 30, 2026.
