Free Information Session: “So, You Want to Run for Council?”

Township of Frontenac Islands - Residents interested in learning more about running for municipal council are invited to attend a free information session, So, You Want to Run for Council? Two sessions are being offered to accommodate residents of Wolfe Island and Howe Island.

These sessions will provide an informative, high-level overview of what is involved in becoming a municipal candidate and serving on Council. Whether you are considering running in the 2026 municipal election or are simply curious about how municipal government works, this session is a valuable opportunity to learn more.
